The 2012 California Democratic Convention promises to be an exciting event as Democrats start to plan for the 2012 election cycle. This year’s event offers numerous sponsorship opportunities for organizations, vendors and candidates eager to reach the 3,000+ delegates and Democratic activists who will be in attendance.
Exhibit Hall Booths:
A great way for candidates, vendors and organizations to showcase their materials and interact with delegates and observers. Small and large booths are available. Both booth types will include one 6’ draped table, two chairs, skirting and full pipe and drape, providing ample space for a banner or other signage.
Hospitality Suites:
Suites provide sponsors the opportunity to interact with delegates, volunteers, and elected officials in a setting that may include food, beverages and music.
Concert Sponsorship:
Help us build momentum for the 2012 election cycle by sponsoring a special concert featuring Eli “Paperboy” Reed on Saturday, February 11th, from 8pm-10pm at the San Diego Convention Center.

Premium Items:
Delegates of the California Democratic Party convention receive souvenir gift bags containing chachkies, literature, and other goodies that increase visibility for sponsors.
Program Book:
Program books are included in the souvenir gift bags that are distributed to delegates of the California Democratic Convention. Candidates, organizations, vendors and consultants frequently purchase advertising space in the program book to advertise their campaigns, services or to recognize supporters and volunteers.
Virtual Banner:
Your organization or campaign logo will be displayed during most Convention events including General Session. This is a great way to advertise to the bulk of Convention attendees – please note your logo should be HIGH RESOLUTION.
