At the Pre-Endorsement Conferences
The official California Democratic Party Endorsement process begins with Pre-Endorsement Conferences, held Saturday January 21 & Sunday January 22 at the local level. At the Convention
On Saturday, February 11th at the State Convention in San Diego, endorsing caucuses will be held for the following races:
- Races in which no candidate received 70% of the Pre-Endorsement Conference vote, but one candidate received more than 50%.
- Races in which no quorum was present.
- Races in which a proper challenge was filed.
Eligible voters for the Convention Endorsing Caucuses include credentialed DSCC members or their qualified proxies.
